The owners of the restaurant and hotel are state Justyna and Krzysztof Foltyn . Gastronomy take longer since the early years of his youth , knowledge in this field drew from a recruitment in restaurants, pubs and abroad.
The experience gathered and the desire to create something unique allowed them to open their own premises .
The building purchased in 2003 as a pastry from the production part of the first floor apartment and then rebuilt and opened in 2005 . They have to demonstrate commitment from the very beginning , because the magnitude of the contribution of the family was significant .
The project was significant and some times not so had to put a lot of work , and especially the heart . To this day, still we learn and we try to go out to our Guests with fresh ideas and proposals culinary .
